Oh My!!

It seems life has gotten the better of me and I have been totally neglecting my blog!  Well, I'm here to change that.

2010 was a great year for me to begin my Thirty-One adventure.  I have 5 wonderful ladies on my team and have promoted to Senior Consultant.  I declined a promotion to Director at the end of December to see  how my real job and Thirty-One will mesh during tax season before taking that leap with it's increased responsibilities.

Thank you to everyone who made my first 8 months with Thirty-One so great.  I'm looking forward to more great things in 2011!

Why Thirty-One?

Just 6 months ago, I signed up to be a Thirty-One Consultant.  In January 2010, I first heard out about it on a message board that I've been a part of for 4 years now.  I waffled back and forth for a few weeks in April trying to decide if I should take the leap or not.  I finally decided I had no idea what I was getting myself into but knew that I wanted to do it anyway, especially with the great incentive to earn my start-up fee back in my first 30 days (a new consultant special at that time).  I'd never done any direct sales before and I didn't even know if I could find anyone besides family who would want to do a party with me!  

In this short amount of time I've held 22 parties, have 4 recruits on my team, promoted to senior consultant, and have received countless free & reduced price products!  I have also made enough to pay for our summer vacation, started paying off some debts, and made some amazing friends in my directors and fellow team members (even if it's all been via emails).  If you think you'd like to earn a few of these things for yourself or if you have your own reasons for looking for extra income, please check out the information below!
